In my current role as a Supply Chain Specialist, I play a vital role in driving the success of our organization's headset production and distribution. I collaborate closely with our manufacturers in China to develop accurate production schedules that meet market demands while maintaining optimum inventory levels. Furthermore, I coordinate the logistics of worldwide shipping and manage the allocation of products in regional warehouses around the globe. On a daily basis, I facilitate collaboration between various teams, including operations, marketing, product management, and sales. I understand the interconnectedness of these departments and actively engage with stakeholders to align goals, streamline processes, and drive continuous improvement across the value chain. Following the de-merger between Sennheiser and Demant, the previously named EPOS I SENNHEISER is now simply called EPOS. In collaboration with dedicated colleagues, I am responsible for coordinating the rebranding of the entire product portfolio – making sure all product logos and related marketing materials reflect the brand change. From manufacturing in China to marketing and sales in Copenhagen, I’m managing stakeholders and coordinating change processes throughout the supply chain - making sure that every step of the rebranding project ensues as smoothly and cost-efficiently as possible.

During my time in Demant, I have played an integral role in developing and executing various digital marketing campaigns and paid media activities. My responsibilities have included (but not been limited to) the following areas:- Planning and publishing content across various social media channels- Community management for both B2C and B2B audiences on global social media channels + select countries- Evaluating, measuring, and optimizing social media campaigns and content. - Implementing digital lead generation programs on Facebook supporting Demant’s global CRM program- Planning press releases and booking ads in global industry media- Managing and supporting internal stakeholders in Demant’s 25+ country markets
