Document.One separated from Braintribe and my contract was moved into Document.One. I taught a little bit unorthodox IT course which title was Learning by doing. In the course students could choose freely an information technology project. During the course the students tried to learn and as much as they could.

I've been working at Academica Oy (nowadays part of TelecityGroup) in Helsinki as a telecommunications technician for 15 months. My job mainly consisted of connecting new ADSL, SHDSL, VDSL, DSLAM, optic and analog connections or fixing old connections. Many times in problem situations customer didn't know how to describe their problem during a phone conversation and I had to go to the customer's office without much information. At customer's office I could encounter devices and problems that I'd never seen or heard before. Situations were solved by pragmatically testing possible faults one after another. I also did fair amount of help desk work in field and at office.
