I first joined as a busser, cleaning tables, mopping/sweeping the floor, changing out grills, customer help. I then was promoted to food runner where I ran food and drinks to tables, restock side dishes. Then to a server, taking orders, setting up tables for new customer, customer service, deliver food and drinks, restock side dishes.

Responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests. They are responsible for taking orders, preparing food, and ensuring that the restaurant is clean and organized. Counter Help must also be able to answer questions about menu items and provide helpful suggestions to guests. They must also be able to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
