With Accenture Strategy I was part of the Global Center of Excellence in M&A. I participated in formulating competitive strategies, analysed market behaviour in the long term, and drove large scale transformations across multiple industries. I had an opportunity to tap into a global organisations resources and clientele - and before everything else, work.

Work at Sininen Meteoriitti was pure play IT projects with SharePoint. We did pretty much everything possible and sometimes unlikely with the product. In addition to ins and outs of an IT project, the key takeaway was the work with a product and the trade-offs one makes when tailoring it.

During my time with Synocus I had an opportunity to work with some very senior strategy people. The company culture was characterised by an endless appetite for knowledge and cultivating it. With Synocus, I learnt the difference between impossible and just extremely difficult.
