I work across the various acceleration and startup support programs across South Asia. I particularly lead the women focussed programs at the Collective. I also head our impact portfolio and conduct and facilitate research around impact metrics for 'climate' start-ups. I am the country lead of Climate Launchpad, A EU- Climate KIC program for climate startups for Maldoves, Sri Lanka and UAE.I am extremely passionate about demystifying and promoting green careers. I am the co-founder and mentor at Green Guru Mentorship, a podcast and mentoring platform for anyone who aspires to make impactful career choices.I am a Post Graduate student in Climate Change and Sustainability Studies from Tata Institute of Social Science (TISS) With more than 6 years of experience in academic and social sector in past organisations, I specialised in conducting environmental, human & social impact assessments for Businesses, CSOs and Governments In Gist advisory. This involves environmental and social research, valuation of ecosystem services and integrated reporting to promote sustainable development and inclusive growth.
