Job Profile : - Screening Short-listing of the profiles.- Handling Clients-direct communication with clients, asking & taking requirements, communication if any doubt related to requirements.- Understanding the client's requirement and sourcing, screening profiles from various sources like Job Portal, Reference, and Existing Database etc.- As per requirement, provide all profiles to client.- As per feedback from client schedule interview for short listed candidates.- Developing and Maintaining, Requisitions sheets & Tracking Sheets, Negotiating & finally responsible for selection of candidate.- Handling & Maintaining Job Postings, Adds on various portals.- Handling End-to-end recruitment in large numbers in a competitive environment.- Head Hunting.
