Solidaridad is an international development organization with more than 45 years of experience in improving the sustainability of global supply chains. I'm the data subject-matter expert at their South America Digital Unit, and I have coordinated and structured their Business Intelligence area from the scratch, working in both tech and strategic aspects. As their data specialist, it's also part of my duties:- Define strategies to escalate the Business Intelligence area;- Look for opportunities to create new data products & services;- Coordinate the organisation’s participation at data hackathons (the last one happened in November 2019 and had the goal of improving Solidaridad’s climate resilience scoring methodology. More info can be found here: solidaridadnetwork.org/solidaridad-stories/data-diving-for-good);- Bring together IT and Business teams, often playing a "translator" role between them;- Investigate and understand data structures and how they can be used to produce the desired reporting, dashboard or any other data intelligence service or product with different levels of complexity;- Work with colleagues and stakeholders to design and build effective data visualizations that support decision-making and problem-solving;- Develop efficient scripted data preparation workflows utilizing M/Power Query;- Enable effective analytics through the creation of column, table, and measure DAX expressions;- Maintain the current dashboards and reports up and running, supporting stakeholders to solve bugs, carry-out test and/or validations;- Prepare and update documentation of technical requirements and data definitions;- Work together with the IT team to structure the best ETL pipeline considering the business needs;- Support review of data collection from a data analytics perspective;- Perform data profiling to identify and understand anomalies- Manage user access on PowerBI Service and the data environment on Google BigQuery (coding in SQL when needed)

Sebrae is a non-profit private entity with the mission of promoting the sustainable and competitive development of small businesses. There, I was part of the first trainee programme and responsible for developing, managing and implementing entrepreneurship projects in several areas of the company. As part of the programme, I also did job rotation across SEBRAE's offices and had constant training on subjects related to the management of small business.

At Incubadora Tecnológica de Maringá, one of the best-ranked incubators in Paraná State, I was responsible for developing, managing and implementing technological innovation projects, as well as for elaborating proposals to apply for public and private funding (for instance, I was part of the main team who wrote the proposal that won the funding to build Maringá's technological park. I also performed market researches, provided business consultancy to the incubated companies and organised events, fairs and workshops and I was responsible for part of the administrative and financial activities of the Programa Bom Negócio Paraná.

Unitrabalho is a national network of universities that support workers in their fight for better living and working conditions. There, as an undergraduate intern, I took part in many activities such as performing market researches for local projects, elaborating proposals for applying to public funding and projects management activities in general (budget control, purchases and investments). I also provided technical and intellectual support to the urban and rural incubated cooperatives, helped in organising events and workshops and elaborated scientific articles and researches based on the results of the projects.
