We deeply understand underrepresented user needs and unravel complex scenarios. End-users and stakeholders are involved in every stage of our design to create satisfaction and excellence.

- Supported library users with the online library resources catalogue platform and gave instructions - Improved researchers’ experience by supporting collection materials search and providing thoughtful service

- Produced the first UAL Founder Club launch event based in Camberwell- Facilitated the speed networking session(70+ attendees)

- Create video content and live story on the official Instagram account- Designed and delivered the communication material for the exhibition at the London Design Festival Southwark Design District- Closely collaborated with the Marketing team and created content with After Effects and Premier Pro

• Led a 4-members team for the facilitation of a sound-making co-creation workshop with 18 college students to collect research data • Facilitated the Origami workshop and Dall House workshop with participants from 6-13 years old

Department: Doudian app - backstage for the retailers in Douyin (Chinese Tiktok) - Strategically analyzed user feedback and event tracking data, uncovering critical opportunities for function optimization and enhancing the user interface.- Led UX research initiatives, including comprehensive competitor analyses and cross-platform quality assurance, to ensure superior user experience across all digital touchpoints- UI and UX design of the B2B mobile application(9 functions) and component library design(keyboard) - Presented a 15-minute talk sharing design inspiration and exploring the possibility of gamification design in B2B platforms

Project 1: Traveling experience design for an island attraction(Weizhou island, South China)- 9 Service touchpoint design and CMF research based on the on-site research materials(engineer drawing, customer journey)- Generated one engineering delivery document and one budget report Project 2: Innovative service design for a new luxury residential community- User research: made questionnaire, recruited research participants, identified pain points and design opportunities through interviews- Field research: gathered critical insights through direct observation and street interviews, presented creative ideas based on the Future Living Trends report
