Among my other duties below I am also currently working as a business development director in connection with the Test-as-a-Service (TaaS) business for growing the business of Keysight Nemo Wireless Network Solutions by exploiting our almost 30 years of experience in measuring and optimizing wireless networks using Nemo's state of the art measurement and analytics solutions. This role includes to identify the TaaS markets and opportunities, build TaaS strategy, productize TaaS services with different type of business models, prepare go-to-market plans for different type of use cases, scope of works, deliverables and customer value propositions, build a customer base, prepare offers for customers, negotiate agreements with customers for closing the deals and ensure the implementation of TaaS projects in a profitable manner.

My role as business development director includes participating with the company's top management in the creation of business strategies and new business models, also enabling new product and solution portfolios, as well as their implementation and monitoring in order to increase Nemo Wireless Network Solutions business and improve profitability.I'm also responsible for managing Keysight Nemo Wireless Network Solutions' global channel partner framework - processes, tools, contracts, evaluation, and other related aspects – supporting region heads and sales accounts according to sales strategy and business needs. I'll jointly plan together with region sales heads and sales accounts any changes in and development of the partner network at Keysight Nemo Wireless Network Solutions. I will also retain my current responsibilities over Keysight Nemo Wireless Network Solutions' overall partnering and contractual management.

* Supporting sales organization for demanding commercial contracts and agreements where business interests must be secured and currently focusing on EMEA and APAC regions.* Building and setting up the R&D partners network for being able to develop the new state of the art products for Network Testing at Keysight Technologies by screening the competent R&D service providers and establishing the grounds for the collaboration.* Collaborating close with Network Testing product management team at Keysight Technologies by defining the new products with necessary requirements and specifications and choosing the right subcontracting partner to carry out the development of the products in case.* Facilitate the execution by preparing and negotiating the agreements and managing and coordinating the project execution to fulfill the targets with good results.

I'm currently acting as the private business coach and advisor for Finnish start-up companies by advising, coaching, supporting and mentoring start-up companies for instance at areas of funding, defining strategies, business plans and go-to-market plans, financing, internationalization and building operative, business development and sales management organizations and teams etc.
