Through Vantaan Valo Lp, two Finnish pension insurance companies Varma and Elo owns the majority of the largest Shopping and Entertainment Centre Jumbo Flamingo in Finland. Other owners are Kesko Corporation and HOK-Elanto who own their own hypermarket facilites. In terms of sales Jumbo-Flamingo is the largest shopping centre in Finland. Jumbo-Flamingo has a total leasable area of over 140,000 square metres. The shopping centre has 170 stores, restaurants and cafés, entertainment services, Spa, two hypermarkets and 5,500 parking spaces. Additionally, Jumbo-Flamingo includes the largest hotel in Finland in terms of number of rooms. In 2022, the shopping centre's sales were EUR 482.3 million, and there were 11.6 million visitors.

Finnish Council of Shopping Centers is an industry association bringing together the most prominent players in the Finnish shopping center industry - retailers, shopping center owners, managers and consultants. The council aims to continuously improve the practices of shopping center management and to enhance knowledge exchange and learning in the Finnish shopping center industry. The council works in close connection with other national associations as well as international ones, such as the Nordic Council of Shopping Centers NCSC and International Council of shopping Centers ICSC.
