Imagine a Venn diagram with sustainability, marketing communications, and the food system as its circles. You'll find me right in the middle, where these topics intersect. Boundless curiosity, a genuine desire to listen, and a hunger for learning are my weapons of choice.We're in the midst of a major shift in how we produce and consume food. I’m overly excited to be at the forefront, witnessing it firsthand and having a chance to leave my own handprint too. My particular interest lies in the systemic level: how existing structures, norms and established habits largely determine what ends up on our plates. I firmly believe that true systemic change cannot occur without addressing individual behavior. This is where my knowledge in consumer behavior comes into play.I perceive that the ongoing shift in the food system leaves great opportunities up for grabs both for companies and countries. It’d be a shame to leave these for others to exploit. I’m thrilled if I get to help companies navigate this space and perhaps make the whole food system a bit more sustainable together.
