Interested in the area of development processes and methodologies andthe introduction of new work models withing IT companies. I have several years of experience (since early 1990:ies) of working with methods and processes for system development within the area of Telecom, Home electronics, Aerospace industry and web. This combined with a masters in Social Anthropology gives me a edge in the understanding of the internal workings of organisations.In the past I have worked with among other things to build up a Configuration Management operation from scratch. Defining relations between development projects and product management etc.I have developed System Development processes, done investigations in areas of software quality, system development routines etc. Done audits and recomended improvements to organizations.I have worked with test and test management, introduced new working practices for test based on standards and best practices.
