As part of the design team, I'm leading a team from the electrical department to research, design, and assembly the components that be used for aero farming according to the standard of ELV MS IEC 60364 such as over current design, earth fault protection, cable and load sizing. The components consist of lighting， sensors, fans, water valves, lifts, and 3phase motors, and are controlled by relays and PWM switching methods via communication of UART, i2c, Modbus 485, IFTTT either by esp modules, ZWAVE, and IOT 4.0 industrial standard of PLC, SBC, MCU automation with the coding of HMI, GUI of Nodered and Grafana while storing the data using INFLUXDB. Besides that, I also design the PCB that use mainly in the farm to fit our requirements and operating system along with completely self design the lift automation and circuit protection including SCADA as well as complete MCB, RCBO, network communication, and timer relay along with LV switch gear cabinets and UPS to supply 200A 415V three-phase system overall farms operation fully independence and minimize human interference within allocated budget and time. I was also involved with the HVAC system and hoist modification of the integration farm system including mini projectors such as 40ft containers designed for portable indoor farming also completely installed and successfully delivered. To maintain and install interactive programs that mirror the experience of flying as closely as possible. I was involved in every step of the process of creating a simulation, from analyzing the aerodynamic models to testing and troubleshooting the finished product. The process of producing simulators often requires me to do computer programs and to put together the many components of the machine and oversees the entire operation. Often to go overseas to do the installation and become a representative engineer from the manufacturer for a year at the same time continuously support other customers as well through advenet even at installation or maintenance site. The job involved making the simulation as accurate as possible, which involves hands-on testing to ensure that simulations are realistic. In addition to designing and creating flight simulators, some time is called upon to fix any problems with already existing machines or to provide updates for any new technological advances in the field. The company also send me to the customer's sites for the validation and clarification for authority approval. All the hardware and software snag must be clear before requesting approval from authorities. Sometimes I conduct training to customers' personnel maintenance teams in the order they familiar with the TRU flight simulation system.

Only 4 years in the company, I been promoted to a higher grade and I have proven myself that I work efficient and took the advantages to learn the aircraft system by my own initiative. My work is to rectify all defects on flight simulators, their subsystems, and components as well as visual systems. Not only that, but I also use a wide range of skills to repair, overhaul, calibrate and test these systems to ensure optimum performance is achieved. The best part is, I already received the technical training to repair the simulator both avionics and hydraulic system. I also did the modify existing hardware, software and carried out preventative maintenance and testing to ensure the Company and Regulatory standards are achieved. Besides that, I also able to solve the software part problem whereby it using the C and FORTRAN language as their medium of communication to humans. But the most important is that I have high skills in the avionics system which previously my last work also carried out repair, overhaul and bench test on avionics components. Basically, the aircraft system and simulation system is almost the same. Just that the simulator system simulates the signal and gives the input to the aircraft system without performing the actual flight.

Carried out repair and bench-tested of Avionic components as per manual instruction. Normally I required lasted manual from manufacture or SB to ensure manuals are up to date before starting to work every day since this is a requirement from FAA/EASA/DCA. This is to ensure components are serviceable and airworthy. I often troubleshoot avionics components and systems to determine what kind of defect that I encounter. Once complete with troubleshooting and testing, now I need to do an inspection to make sure another component within the system is not affected. But my job is specific in avionic components repair. So I will do the bench test and repair using test equipment which given instruction by the manual. Normally, I do the task/stages as per work schedule called OHTS. Once completed, I will close the documentation so-called MJC/WPL and raise ARC/AAT to certify the component is serviceable and airworthy before fitted to the aircraft back.
