My research focus encompasses magnetic and electromagnetic materials through additive manufacturing methods. I specialize in their application within electrical machines and electromagnetic devices. My current endeavors involve the development of electromagnetic sensors for supporting the characterization of chemical and biological chirality structures.In my doctoral research, I conducted an in-depth exploration of the intricate relationships between process, structure, and properties in Nd-Fe-B materials. Utilizing Laser Powder Bed Fusion, I developed my skills in parameter optimization, in-process control, and post-process treatments. These efforts led to defect-minimized successful fabrication. Subsequently, I conducted a comprehensive study of microstructural, magnetic, and mechanical behaviors, significantly contributing to potential industrial applications, particularly in the domain of electric machines.I have extensive experience on material property characterization techniques, including optical microscope, SEM, EDS, XPS, TEM, EBSD, X-ray diffraction, μ-CT, FIB, APT, FTIR, DSC, TGA, among others. Additionally, I have grained expertise in magnetic performance testing and mechanical performance testing techniques, including tensile and compressive performance, in addition to hardness testing systems.
