As a Product/Service Owner I come in to the process with clients early. My job is to listen carefully and plan accordingly, taking into account what has most priority. Continuously checking in with the team and learning from them. In the end I am the one who will convey the message to the clients when the results are great as well as when there are certain impediments found that block the process. I consider it important to communicate with great transparency and to be a trustworthy point of contact. Seeing growth makes me smile.

At Akbaba Gym I function as a Muay-Thai and Boxing trainer for adults. I always put a lot of energy in my training and strive to give the very best to my students every single time. For me, teaching is not only about learning the right technique. My students grow in confidence, respect and psychological understanding of fight IQ. The psychology behind techniques and strategies during the fighting as well as the psychology of leading groups of people is something that fascinates me enormously. Besides a trainer, I am also a community builder. The human connection leads me in my way of working.
