• Greet members, prospective members and guests, providing exceptional customer service.• Handle all front desk related activities including: - Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions. - Check members into the system. - Take prospective members on tours. - Sign up new members calculating rates and monthly payment amounts. - Assist the Club Manager in counting the out the drawer as needed.• Facilitate needed updates to member’s accounts.• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Club Manager as needed.• Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the club. - Completing daily assigned within first hour of your shift. - Helping complete priority cleaning list each day. - Completing walk-around and bathroom checks periodically. - Helping complete any special cleaning projects as needed.

- Maintain a database of current executive and general members as well as a separate past members’ databases, including alumni- Keep a contact log of all business contactsOversee the success and effectiveness of the Directors of External Relations and the Public Relations Associate- Secure in-kind sponsorships and other York club relations for MSS events and find new sponsors and relations for the organizationTo create, monitor, and maintain relations with universities, clubs, and organizations that make appropriate partners of the MSSTo create and maintain sponsorship packages and to create and maintain relations with corporate representatives to finalize sponsorship agreements thereby mutually benefiting both parties- To act as or appoint lead contacts to all external partners

• Secure in-kind sponsorships and other York club relations for MSS events and find new sponsors and relations for the organization• Maintain and build relationships with existing sponsors• Create, monitor, and maintain relations with universities, clubs, and organizations that make appropriate partners of the MSS• Keep a contact log of all external contacts• Maintain a database of current executive and general members, as well as a separate past members’ databases, including alumni• To create and maintain sponsorship packages and to create and maintain relations with corporate representatives to finalize sponsorship agreements thereby mutually benefiting both parties

• Working closely with the Vice President of Events• Bringing creativity to the events team to plan out innovative events• Coordinating meetings with potential club collaborators• Completion of all IT Equipment, and Listserv for MSS events to be reviewed by the Vice President of Events• Plan and maintain the logistical side of events• Be part of leading events when they occur

Assist with tasks from all areas of the executive team which includes: • Providing support during events • Communicating with external organizations • Virtually tabling during campus day and York fest • Promoting the club and events through various channels
