Project Manager of the "Strengthening Project Management Skills through YouthCollaboration" project. The main output of the project is the organisation of two pee-to-peer youth exchanges - one in Türkiye and one in Germany. The project is funded by Erasmus+.

As a Project Assistant in the Connecting Europe project, I facilitate the organisation and coordination of exchanges and events with partners in the network, the EPC, Stiftung Mercator and the wider Brussels policy community, ranging from workshops and roundtables to policy dialogues. I also work on various publications and communication outputs, such as a quarterly newsletter.

In my role as Graduate Officer, I provided essential administrative and operational support to the ICGBV Secretary. I conducted in-depth background research and drafted briefings of meetings with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and local human rights defenders. A major achievement was the publication of a policy paper entitled "Women's Voices on Women, Peace and Security (WPS)". I also researched and drafted a literature review on accountability for gender-based violence and facilitated the organisation and implementation of a "Training of Trainers on Referral and Psychological Support".
