Recruiter
Current- Provide a high-touch candidate experience for all candidates - Provide support and guidance to hiring managers to ensure hiring needs are met- Facilitate interview scheduling process from start to finish in a high-volume environment- Led the full recruitment life cycle, from sourcing strategies, screening, recruitment efforts, offer negotiations, and onboarding- Manage all Applicant Tracking System activity, data entry, new inquiries, and maintenance- Led the implementation of a new ATS - Assist and oversee onboarding initiatives- Post new positions in the Applicant Tracking System- Ensure position posting requests are properly approved- Draft and review offer letters to ensure accuracy, submit for approval- Initiate and monitor background checks to ensure completeness and compliance- Research, analyze, and compile recruitment statistics and reports- Support the design, implementation, and ongoing delivery of recruitment programs and initiatives- Provide general administrative support including interview scheduling, correspondence, reference checks, and scheduling meetings
