I oversaw and uploaded to all of the program's social media sites, which include: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Since taking over the role, I led and created multiple social media campaign activations ranging from introducing the current students to a weekly alumni spotlight. In addition, I helped promote events for students to take advantage of both on and off-campus, as well as industry news. As a result, all of our pages experienced an over 100% increase in user engagement.

Leading the smooth operations of attractions and their staff, I organize a staff of fifty to ensure proper attraction coverage for customer needs while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements for breaks. To build the best customer experience, I utilize cast recognition to build morale and craft a positive working environment, including pitching and leading projects with these goals. One of these projects resulted in a 30% increase in guest satisfaction scores over the course of a month. As a trainer, I provide staff the necessary training to perform their job productively while accounting for the diverse employee population and learning needs.

I participated in a marketing and creative strategy-focused internship program to refine skills in project management, collaboration, and content development. In this role, I helped oversee and collaborated with a team of twelve fellow interns to create promotional strategies and marketing campaigns that are catered to artists and brands to build their influence and following among the college market.

I learned how to stage manage shows from pre-production through closing. I organized all show activities from booking rehearsal and meeting spaces to organizing paperwork from all departments to craft the official show record. Building my communication skills, I collaborated and communicated openly cross-departmentally to meet show needs while working with students and professionals in design, direction, and acting. I gained experience with calling shows from score and script cues as well as oversaw and ran backstage tracks with fly systems, puppets, and automation.

Assist with everyday technical theatre needs of the school in all theatre spaces as well as load-ins/outs of visiting or touring groups.

Independently managed all backstage operations, tracks, and paperwork including working with the understudies and fixing broken props. I learned new skills including stage combat techniques and live-fire weapons. I was part of the stage management for five works including three new works and one touring production and gained valuable experience with the Equity rule book by working with Equity actors.
