In July of 2022, I created a podcast and have hosted it weekly during the NFL football season and monthly during the off-season. This included setting up live streams and audio recordings for YouTube, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts, marketing my podcast to a wide audience through Instagram and other outlets, graphic design, scheduling, professionalism in front of an audience, working with guests, learning the technology to conduct each episode, and more. In addition, I created a professional presentation and made an agreement with a corporate partner for a sponsorship the second season. I have learned so much about strategic planning, responsibility, and time management through this creative endeavor and it has been an incredibly rewarding experience for me.

In this position, I led on-field and in-the-stands promotions to enhance fan experience, along with managing many different elements of operations such as set up, promotion sheets, and maintenance around the stadium. The stadium operations team coordinated with all other departments to execute event plans for not only baseball games, but also corporate partnership events and community events as well. I also assisted customers with questions and filled in for roles such as security, ushering, and parking.

In this position, I worked in both the kitchen and the lobby on daily food preparation, restocking and organization, drive thru, cleanup, cash register, and other requested roles. Most work days were from around 8-9 am to 3-5 pm.

In this position, I taught various sports classes up to 2 hours for 5 to 20 young children, ages 2-12. I planned activities and class schedules to foster an uplifting environment, as well as adapting to unexpected situations with changes to schedule and equipment.

In this position, I planned and led daily activities for 3rd and 4th-grade kids in a fun and safe environment for 7-hour periods at a time. I solved challenging situations such as first aid and keeping track of around 80 children on long-distance field trips. Additionally, I communicated well with adults to provide exceptional customer service, such as pick up, drop off, and questions regarding activities and schedules.
