I am a recent summa cum laude graduate from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Marketing with a collateral in International Business. I also had the incredible opportunity to study abroad in Rome, Italy, and improved my planning, adaptation, communication, and quick thinking skills through my experiences there. My recent internship was with the Iowa Cubs, in which I got to lead promotions at the stadium and collaborate with all the different departments to learn about and manage many different elements of the sports business world.I have always approached my work with critical thinking and an open mind, as strategic planning is one of my strengths. My role in the American Marketing Association, specifically AMAze groups, has further strengthened my strategic mindset by working with a group to renovate business plans and marketing directives for multiple companies, and I earned the 2022-2023 AMA Knoxville Outstanding Marketing Student of the Year award. In my role as Brotherhood Officer in my fraternity, I planned 6-10 events based on timing, interest, availability, and used each experience to learn what to do better for the next one. These experiences constantly challenge me to exercise my skill as a developer, as I am always using creativity to come up with new ideas and working with groups to produce successful deliverables for each project. This carries over to my experience running my own football podcast show, in which I used constant promotion to shape our brand identity and cultivate an audience, while also selling a sponsorship deal to partner with a large, well-known company for the latest season of the show.I look forward to making an impact after college, learning new skills, and hope to continue my career in sports business!
