I was responsible for managing the Apprenticeship Programme in my group of Restaurants. This was a recognised City and Guilds Level 2 Qualification in Hospitality. I used to hold Apprenticeship Classes for the Apprentices to complete their diaries and workbooks, plus any additional on the job training I achieved my Golden Pen, which allowed me to sign off/ verify the Apprenticeship work and award them their Qualifications. ( without the need for City and Guilds ) I also helped the Apprentices achieve their Maths and English Qualifications. As well on the restaurant training. On my 1st Quality Assurance Visit from the McD Education Department, I was awarded the highest grade, one of only two to do so. I was also part of the Ofsted visits /checks that the company received with a grading of Good. I am incredibly proud of my achievement, around the Apprenticeship.
