As the Business Support Manager at Espresso Solutions, I have been brought onboard to become a pivotal role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring seamless business functions across departments. With a focus on supporting sales, supply chain management, and customer service, I will be ensuring that every aspect of the business runs smoothly, from processing client orders to managing inventory and logistics.Bringing years of experience in Business Support & Account Development I excel in improving processes, managing client relationships, and optimising internal workflows to deliver outstanding results. I work closely with the sales and technical teams to address client needs, maintain product quality, and support growth strategies.I am now on a journey to have a deep understanding of coffee machine components, in order to ensure that the company meets its commitment to delivering premium parts and excellent customer service.With previously working in IT Industry for the previous 8 years this have enabled me to also have a wealth of knowledge identifying and meeting the topical and business challenges faced by clients and partners.Outside of work, I'm a busy mum of 3, I also manage our local under-15s Rugby team, I play on a pool team in the Crawley Pool League and enjoy a spot of banger racing with my family of racers. There is never a dull moment in my life!
