• Performance Management and coaching of full time Event Operations Team• Workforce Management: Communication of policy & procedure, recruitment & training, scheduling• Creation, development and implementation of team building programs• Support and implementation of company and department strategic initiatives• Recruitment, training, supervision and coaching for all full time and contract event personnel• Department budgeting and cost control• Event Supply Chain Management: Purchasing, shipping & receiving, preparation & distribution of event materials to customers• Event planning and execution as needed

• On-site implementation of team building events across North America • Liaison with suppliers, venues and customers• Group presentation on events (groups from 5 - 500)• Organization and maintenance of event equipment and supplies• Assist with ongoing development of front-line event hosts• Predicting and reacting to potential challenges and implementing proactive solutions• Assist in daily operations of the organization as necessary
