I was one of a team of 3 writers creating standard operating procedures for the Business Transformation project for SuperConcepts (an AMP subsidiary). I was responsible for:1. Writing procedural guides for Administrators2. I was brought in as an additional resource to meet a specific deadline. Apart from some minor elements, all the documents were produced on-time and under budget.3. The software was Appian & SuperMate (used to manage SMSF Superannuation accounts).

Challenger is the leading provider of Superannuation Annuities in Australia.I was brought in as a resource to create new (and to up-date existing) Procedural Guides. These Guides were designed to help with on-boarding for new staff and as a resource for existing staff. I was involved with Client Operations in such areas as Manged Investments, Retirement Products, Call Centre & Client RetentionThe software for which these Guides were written included Challenger's bespoke software, SalesForce and CHESS/ATO portals.To create these Guides I ran exploratory workshops and liaised with B.A.'s and S.M.E.'s.
