My curiosity and knack for finding better ways of working (alongside some prescient leaders who saw where I could do and be more!) have provided some amazing opportunities to learn and grow. I've loved diving in as an individual contributor, which inevitably led each time to leadership roles as I shared my learnings and skills with the team. I've spent years working with location media (OOH!), population data, and software services. Now, I provide leadership on executive management and product teams, always keeping the human side in mind (I've got to put that Social Work degree to work!).I love digging into research, finding the best tech and data tools, and putting them to work.My strength is turning complex information into clear plans that help businesses scale for real growth.
