Prior to October 2021, I assisted the Curators at NextSpace by taking and posting photographs to the NextSpace Instagram account. In addition, I helped with the phones and assisting members as needed. I was out of work due to the Covid pandemic from March 2020 until October 2021.

In 2010 I wanted to find a way to reach out to others who suffer from the isolation of Infertility. With 13+ years of personal experience with infertility, I decided the best way to reach out to people would be through social media in the form of a Facebook page. My page currently has over 7,500 followers and some of my posts have reached over 201K people.Written by one of my followers during an interview:Julie is an incredible woman who has lived through infertility and come out the other side stronger, better and with a real purpose to use her life and experience to help others. Julie runs a vibrant, hopeful and inspiring Facebook Page called Infertility Awareness which currently has over 3000 Likes and continues to grow everyday. Infertility Awareness offers a place to share stories, connect, raise awareness about infertility and most importantly join a community and know that you are not alone. To me Julie embodies someone fertile and rich with life and is the very definition of success when it comes to infertility. I believe success is in healing, finding peace and using your circumstances to help other people.
