I'm a senior sound re-recording mixer and sound supervisor specialising in TV drama and feature films. I am currently the Head of Scripted Sound at the post-production facility Splice, located in Old Street, London. I've been working in sound for over 20 years, creating content for many of the leading production companies, broadcasters, and theatrical distributors in the UK and worldwide.I love the creativity of my job and learning new ways to help tell stories and heighten emotion with sound. I thrive on developing a connection with my clients and enjoy collaborating with directors, producers and writers from as early in the production process as possible.Great sound requires a team effort, so I regularly collaborate with many of the industryβs best freelance location sound mixers, sound designers, editors, adr mixers and foley artists.I'm passionate about film. I've worked for several film studios and sound facilities, gaining experience in all aspects of sound post-production as well as a solid knowledge of the workflows involved in the entire filmmaking process, from scriptwriting through to delivery and distribution.Alongside my love for creative sound is a passion for the technology that makes our industry run.
