Senior Project Officer
Current Lead and manage BAU and Capital Strategy Projects projects across the Trust. Lead an economic sustainability incentive in line with the Trust’s Strategies and Green Matters Transformation programme. Develop, update and review project plans and associated documentation. Develop and implement policies and SOPs. Assimilate and process large volumes of data accurately. Provide audit data in line with agreed processes and prepare data analysis and reports for presentation. Prepare business cases for review. Prioritising multiple tasks in line with overall programme of work. Ensure updates to projects and reports. Track individual project progress and deliverables using standard project reporting tools and logs. Undertake all costings in relation to key projects. Ensure Project Risk Register is up to date. Track budgets and provide reports reviewing budget against projects. Manage implementation of key projects and initiatives with key stakeholders. Ensure good communication between key stakeholders. Redefine existing processes and create new process procedures to continuously improve services. Schedule meetings, prepare and distribute agendas and subsequent minutes, risks and actions. Undertake day to day procurement processes. Utilise advanced IT skills to produce high quality, professional reports, documents, presentations, maps, flowcharts, process flows, graphs, databases and basic statistics. Undertake actions within own sphere of responsibility, anticipate and undertake actions on behalf of line manager where appropriate to ensure deliverables within agreed timescales. Deal appropriately with issues of a high confidential, complex and sensitive nature. Work with the minimum of supervision, with the ability to plan and prioritise own work. Deal with a range of ongoing tasks concurrently and work consistently and resiliently under pressure. Recruit, train, manage and supervise staff members.
