As General Manager I am responsible for implementing a strategic plan to strengthen Law In Order’s presence in the Melbourne market and manage all aspects of the Melbourne office to deliver exceptional customer service.My key responsibilities include overall commercial responsibility for the Melbourne office, creation and implementation of a state office business plan in line with national planning, direct management of local sales staff in conjunction with national sales and marketing functions, client liaison and development of commercial opportunities, active involvement in large tenders and proposals, ensuring process compliance across all parts of the operations and managing risk.

Responsible for the provision of quality output from the Melbourne hardcopy production team. This includes ensuring that all job timeframes are met and managed in an efficient and accurate manner. Responsible for management and supervision of the pagination, scanning, objective coding and printing staff and system resources where necessary. Responsible for engaging and managing client relationships and ensuring effective communications.
