I am adept at creating bespoke training programmes and enjoy working with individuals at all levels of the organisation particularly in the areas of management and personal development.♦ Executive Coaching - I have worked as an Executive coach since 2003 and love being able to bring my personal development skills and experience into one-to-one sessions. I offer a safe space and sounding board for coachees to share and manage work based personal and professional challenges. I am passionate about inspiring others to embed positive change and ensure that I provide tangible tools and strategies to enable them to do this. Key areas of coaching speciality are personal impact and gravitas, influencing, people management and presentation skills.♦ Virtual - Whilst I have been involved in delivering global virtual training since 2013 as part of blended learning approach, since 2020 Cascade Learning has increased capacity to deliver courses 100% virtually. Working in a field sales role across the South of England, I provided sales consultancy and strategic advice to small and medium businesses to enhance their sales and organisational development.
