Governance Manager
CurrentDevelop, implement, and maintain a corporate governance framework and risk management plans for Aintree Group.Design, develop, and implement a comprehensive HR management system.Oversee internal processes to check they meet the required standards.Offer advice and guidance on best practice to the management team.Ensure efficient flow of information including working with all areas of the business to make sure these standards are met. Oversee data protection and compliance requirements.Identify and provide ongoing governance and risk training for the team.Develop a compliance calendar ensuring organisational compliance is maintained throughout the year.Conduct audits and provide reports to the management team.Assist other members of the senior management team to oversee the development, delivery, and execution of the Company's strategy.Assist the Managing Director and Principal to determine the Company's values, mission, vision and short and long-term goals, from a risk and compliance perspective.Develop and maintain project plans for the Company's key risk deliverables, acting as a project leader as necessary.Act as an advocate for issues relevant to the Company including serving as a chief spokesperson for the Company's risk and compliance function.Motivate and lead a high-performance management team; attract, recruit and retain required members of the executive team not currently in place; provide mentoring as a cornerstone to the management career development program.Foster a success-oriented, accountable environment within the company.Represent the firm with clients, investors, and business partners.Overall company operations leadership.
