I help people to thrive in organisations. This also means I help organisations to thrive through their people. I am fortunate to support a variety of people and businesses through my own consultancy - Thrive People. As well as in-house part-time, as People and Culture Manager at Edison Consulting Group. This multiple worldview affords me the opportunity to learn, develop and then apply the best in practice to develop organisations. As a people's person, I strongly believe that a successful organisation depends on the collective greatness of it's most inspiring resources- the people. That is why I focus my career on advising, developing, and coaching people to be their best selves. For me, it's about finding out what makes them tick, tapping in to what they enjoy and supporting them on to their path for success. As a coach, I respect the power of a perfectly framed question. Always in awe of its ability to empower a person to unlock a solution or break through a barrier. It also brings me great joy to see people thrive when they leave their comfort zone. Which is why when I'm not developing leaders through Coaching, I am a leader at a Toastmasters club. In this forum I help to build courage in others to let their voice be heard. My passion for development doesn't only extend to others, but it is something I actively practice on myself. You'll often see me attending conferences, learning about the latest tech innovations or listening to the next big ideas on a podcast. When I'm not learning about new ideas, I'm an active mum developing my kids with experiences that are messy, crafty and adventurous. If you are curious how I can assist with your development, or perhaps you're seeking a podcast recommendation, then I'd love to connect with you!
