About Jules Tran
I currently lead our Marketing Operations capability at Les Mills International.Armed with a degree in Graphic Design, I started my career in 2001 as a Graphic Designer and, after a couple of years, felt a greater pull into all things Project Management.From there, I spent 18-years managing projects and clients in creative consultancies across the UK and New Zealand. In that time, I led and rallied teams through numerous insight, innovation and brand projects, working with a broad range of clients such as Coca-Cola, Astra Zeneca, Foodstuffs, Pernod Ricard and Jimmy Choo to name just a few.Five years ago, my interests expanded into helping organisations and teams work more efficiently, finding solutions to reduce complexity and drag. I started dabbling in this within my creative agency roles, initially streamlining operating ecosystems, tools and processes.In 2019, this led to my current role at Les Mills International, leading Marketing Operations for a global team of 80. In early 2023, I expanded further into a coaching role to support our business-wide transformation to adaptive and agile. Over a period of 6 months, I was intensively trained by consultants at The Ready (an Organizational Design and Future of Work consultancy) in facilitation techniques, key workshops and delivery methods. I - along with our wider coaching team - continue to evolve and roll these out throughout the business today.I also regularly practice information design in my current role processing lots of complex – often chaotic – information into more digestible visual formats, which is a nice tie back to my original career path.By nature, I'm action-orientated, highly motivated, akin to working in a fast-paced environment and adapt easily to change.If you've got this far, thanks for reading 🙏
