Overall responsibility for the Life Sciences business unit within OCS Consulting BV. My responsibilities include daily operations, delivery management, line management, account management, sales, business development, and finance.

During this period I acted in a variety of roles, mainly programming, for a number of major pharmaceutical organisations in the Netherlands such as Novartis (now GSK), Organon, Astellas, and Medtronic. My responsibilities included the development of ETL solutions and reporting environments, the standardisation and automation of clinical trial reporting processes, and the reporting of clinical trials including CDASH, SDTM and ADaM standards. In this time I developed an understanding of biometrics processes in life sciences and gained solid experience in SAS programming and CDISC data standards. I have been part of both small and large project teams, have taken responsibility and ownership of projects of my own, and have coached junior staff in my line of work.
