Met de Nederlandse InclusiviteitsMonitor (NIM) doen we onderzoek naar het diversiteits- en inclusiebeleid van organisaties en hoe hun medewerkers het inclusiviteitsklimaat ervaren. Op basis van de uitkomsten schrijven we een beleidsadviesrapport voor de individuele organisaties en brengen we de inzichten van alle organisaties samen in algemene handreikingen.

The Verwey-Jonker Institute conducts independent scientific research on social issues. They provide guidance regarding policies and practices for their clients. I was involved in two different projects, in which I was mainly tasked with analysing a broad range of qualitative and quantitative data. Moreover, I contributed to the collection of qualitative data, as well as eventually conducting interviews on my own through video-stimulated recall.
