I manage the 3SigmaSoftware team that developed a new information system for California's Women, Infants, and Childrens (WIC) statewide clinics. The new system and automated benefit cards is operational across the state in approximately 700 clinic sites, serving over 1 million participants. My team continues to support the new system in serving clients.

I provide consulting for clients in the fields of health, education, and human services. My work includes organizational and strategic design, transformational management, managing information technology projects, and grant/proposal writing.

Established all Information Technology Systems for the Exchange, and led California's implementation of the Affordable Care Act enrollment system (CalHEERS).

Directed and managed organizational development, change, training, and enterprise readiness projects in health and human services agencies. Managed and developed teams to deliver wide range of human performance services to assist agencies in implementing and adapting to business changes, including: business process redesign, skills and organizational culture readiness, leadership preparation.
