• My Role and Responsibility in IATA (International Air Transport Association) is to manage and assist inbound queries related to IATA’s (Industry Settlement Systems), both for BSP (travel) and CASS (Cargo). Countries majorly handled by myself are within Asia Pacific region. I handle the distribution of Operational communications to customers in Asia Pacific region. I am also responsible for handling complaints and customer recoveries I have worked as part of the corporate planning team and assisted the Manager in business analysis and operating procedures.• During my tenure, I have learned many technical aspects especially in billing & reporting and airline revenue. I have become a person with high attention to details, have the ability to deliver resolution in timely manner especially on critical items related to airlines’ financial.
