Joined the opening team of this luxury 5* hotel in the centre of Amsterdam. The Host Department is a new concept, a fusionof Concierge and Guest Relations, providing an individual service toguests in the hotel.General duties: concierge and guest relations operational duties, recruitment of Hosts, development of policies and procedures, contact with service partners, managing daily operations, overall support to the Front Office Management, carry out Manager on Duty shifts, coordination of VIP (entertainment) guest visits. These include names such as Madonna, Pearl Jam, Robbie Williams, Bruce Springsteen and Justin Bieber, among many other internationally known artists.

Assisted the Tour Manager of a highly recognized Dutch band, during several concerts with tour preparation and administrative work. Additionally assisted on the production of festivals.

Joined the opening of The Suite. Responsible for VIP guests, suites and the Executive lounge.
