-Directed and managed all financial activities of the company, from early start-up phase to sale of company. -Specific areas of responsibility included accounting, budgeting, financial planning and reporting, state and local tax compliance, financial analysis and modeling, cash management, and month-end and year-end reporting. -Worked directly with the owners to develop and direct strategy of the company. -Responsible for the overall administration of the office and all aspects of human resources and payroll. -Developed and maintained relationships with integral partners including bankers, outside accountants, attorneys, consultants, and insurance agents.

-Oversaw the financial operation for local division of Tribune Media Services, a subsidiary of Tribune Company. -Served key role on senior management team responsible for directing strategy and operations of business unit. -Major accomplishments included the following: design and implementation of accounting and financial controls and processes; development of annual budgeting and planning process; established monthly reporting process; automation of the billing system for services that generated majority of revenue; achieved compliance with state and local sales and use tax laws; and successful conversion to a new financial and accounting system.
