Juli Marley is a partner with Blue Point Capital Partners, a lower-middle-market private equity firm with more than $1 Billion under management across its funds, with offices in Charlotte, NC; Cleveland, OH; Seattle, WA; and Shanghai, China. Juli joined Blue Point in 1997. With more than 30 years of experience with lower middle market companies, Juli has invested across a number of industries and business models. She currently serves as a director of National OnDemand LLC, Russell Hendrix and Mattco Forge, Inc., and is a previous Board Chair and director of Girls on the Run International. Juli’s previous director roles include CSM Industries, Engineered Textile Group, Fire & Life Safety America, Lion Brewery, OrthoLite, Pleasants Hardware, Smith-Cooper International, and The Cook & Boardman Group. Prior to joining Blue Point, Juli was a senior manager with Ernst & Young, where she worked across a number of disciplines including mergers and acquisitions and advisory and assurance services. Juli earned a B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York at Oswego and is a non-practicing Certified Public Accountant.
