Work closely with Management and Carriers to move finished product. Coordinate shipments with Customer's, Carriers & loaders to assure on time delivery. Track loads, post and invoice. Manage the shipment of all scrap to ensure all work centers have no interruption in run time. Perform necessary monthly reports as required. Manage/invoice offsite consignment inventory. Manage our shuttle process between plants assuring we have a driver when needed and that the material is being shipped in a timely manner.

Worked on the phone to answer questions from suppliers and also users of all fall protection equipement in our inventory. Data entry of phone/fax orders as well as working with inside and outside sales to get orders entered and processed. Worked the phones calling on Distributors to replenish their stock and to answer any questions they might have. Let them know of any new items and inform them of any promotions.

Answered phones, interviewed & tested potential employee's. Worked with local business to understand their job openings. Using test scores and interview results I would contact empolyee's and offer them temporary work. Working hand in hand with our Customer's to keep their job openings filled. Organized time cards to make sure the employee's would be paid in a timely manner. Answered any questions concerning the job openings, payroll, benefits etc. Made Customer calls to tour the worksite so we had a better understanding of what would be required of the empolyee's.
