- Leading and managing 120 operators with 5 leader group to achieve targets.- Responsible for controlling overall production process.- Responsible for quality and quantity targets that have been set.- Manage and organize the team to achieve targets.- Responsible for improving skills of operators and group leaders.- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a smooth production process.- Make daily reports regarding production activities, quality targets, quantity targets and problems in the production process.- Achieving KPI targets including Quality, Productivity and Cost Efficiency.- Responsible for continuous improvement of the production process including cycle time reduction, people reduction, machine development, method development, pareto defect analysis and providing problem solving with production process improvements.
