Promoted to PIP Clerical Support in June 2008. Worked closely with each PIP adjuster gathering paper files and printing out EOBS and medical records for Subpoenas. Heavy phone experience answering medical providers questions regarding bills and payments. Mailed out files via UPS on a daily basis in time sensitive fashion for attorneys. Weekly ordering all of all office supplies for the entire claims office. Assisted in other support functions as needed.

I began working at AAA as a Temp in 2005. New to the insurance industry, I was given a 90 day learing period, then hired as a Full Time employee. My main duties were to index mail and verify claim numbers on every piece of mail, fax or email we receive in the dept. Daily drop mail to paper files. Pulling & refiling of large paper files containing all Auto Claims paperwork. Worked with claims adjusters in Collison, Property Damage, PIP, BI & Legal Department looking for file or mail daily. Heavy Data Entry on a monthly basis entering claim file and box numbers for warehouse storage. Daily Customer Service on telephones, answering claims questionas and transferring call to the adjusters. Worked as a Team in the department to get jobs done. The company was moving to a new building location and new opportunities were available. I applied for a new position in the Medical Dept needing Clerical Support.
