Detection of a case’s residency in an institution increased from 3.4% of cases before implementation, to 36.9% of cases as of December 2022. This process helped improve CI/CT’s ability to reach cases and complete interviews by 9%, while refusal rates dropped by 10%. - Represented the subject matter expert on vaccine breakthrough analytics – projects included rewriting all R scripts that generate the Tableau website visuals to include bivalent vaccines and demonstrate the effectiveness of the Omicron booster, evaluated the impact of updating population estimates from the State Demographer’s Office on risk ratios and timeseries to present to leadership, conducted an analysis on reinfections resulting in hospitalization and death by vaccine status for authorship in an MMWR.
