My love for management started at Air France-KLM as a passenger service agent. I quickly grasped the necessary skills of time management, quick thinking, problem solving, independance, the ability to follow strict rules and protocols and excellent customer service. I flourished in a high stress, fast paced environment and wanted more. Being promoted to team lead of ground operations was challenging and thrilling. I knew managing a team of 40+ employees was my forte in life and was something I wanted to pursue further.After a few years as a manager, I enrolled in university to develop and broaden my knowledge of management. I opted for a business degree, as I could learn the general functions of a manager in a different setting. I have worked in the dental field and medical field in administration and management to gain experience in the business aspect. I look forward to furthering my career in management.
