Worked to the integration between the IADB resources and the major infrastructure program of the Federal government of Brazil, called PAC (Growth Acceleration Program) to sum more resources for investments in construction, sanitation and urban mobility. Worked also with the Municipality’s PRONASCI, a Program of Public Security with Citizenship in Brazil, to structure actions to prevent urban violence and crime between the integration of actions in the health, educational, economics and safety policies. Supported the development of strategies for the restructuring of the municipal health system including the creation of a municipal health foundation, the restructuring of the General Hospital, the development of projects and implementation of the Emergency Care Unit (UPA) and health posts and the construction of health information systems integrated with social assistance, education and public safety information systems for strategic analysis for decision-making related to violence prevention. Management more than US$ 170 million for public investments.
