I have a passion to lead team forward. My position is COO and Producer at Bsmart. Bsmart is a produktion company always aiming forward to visualize our costumers ideas in the best possible way. We consist of photographers, animators, retouchers, 3D artists and producers, we work close together with our clients to deliver their vision.I have a background in project management in fashion, feature film, television and advertisning. In fashion, I worked with inhouse sales and as a brand manager for a number of companies.I started freelancing 2012 as a costume designer and stylist. I have worked in many productions with various production companies. I´ve completet projects both on my own and by putting togheter teams of assistants. Planning and flexibility combined are the key words for a great production. The group dynamics and commitment of everyone involved in the process are also pillars of a successful production. During my freelance years i´ve formed a good foundation for my leadership that i have developed futher during my time at Berghs School of Communication. My year at Berghs has given me experience and developed me as a production manager. Parallel with my schoolwork i´ve been one of the head project managers för 48H, Swedens largest advertising competion för students. I have learned a lot running that project. It has required organization and foresigth to put up the right strategies to manage to produce a lot in a very short time. The work has included recruitment of the team, goals for the competition, selling and frequent contact with partners and sponsors. It also involved recruiting a jury and to find a suitable non-profit organization, among many things. I enjoy working in projects from start til finish and lead and co-ordinate teams through the process. I have a digital interest and I'm looking for challenging assignments that gives me new insights and opportunity to learn more.
