I obtained a Bachelors Degree in Psychology from Ohio Christian University in 2019, received my Masters of Arts in Clinical Psychology in 2022, and I am now pursuing a Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. I am currently in my internship and final year before graduating in July 2024. My experience and clinical approaches are in trauma-informed care, attachment work, existential therapy, psychodynamic psychotherapy. I also have experience in evidence based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), cognitive processing therapy (CPT), dialectical behavioral therapy, and exposure to motivation interviewing. I have conducted short and long-term psychotherapy to a broad range of client presentations, including anxiety-related disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, PTSD, and complex, chronic and acute trauma. At my current position, I work both in outpatient and acute inpatient psychiatric care. Additionally, I have done neuropsychological assessments, pre-employment screenings for first responders, as well as diagnostic evaluations for personality disorders, ADHD, and ASD.I truly believe in the work I get to do and find it a privilege and honor to walk the path with my clients in creating meaning and purpose through the therapeutic process. I am currently in a position of conducting psychological assessments as a contracted psychologist in my postdoctoral residency in Utah and surrounding areas.
