As the United Communities AmeriCorps Program Coordinator, I support a team of members and supervisors across 5 counties in Southern Oregon throughout their term of National Service. I provide team trainings, coordinate national days of service events, and provide community outreach to spread awareness about our program. Lastly, I lead member recruitment and interviews, and as well as assisting with state and organizational reporting.
