After almost 20 years managing kitchen teams I switched to the healthcare sector in 2010. I have 5 years experience as locality manager for a domiciliary care service.In our first year I successfully built a team of dedicated staff and a very happy customer base, winning manager of the year in my first 12 months. Year two saw me double the size of our staff team and customer base, herr winning leadership of the year at our annual staff awards. Successfully steering our team through COVID, while at the same time achieving a distinction at level 3 management diploma. In my current role I have 1 years experience as an Area Care Manager for a live-in care service, managing Bath, Bristol, Somerset, Swindon, Oxford, Devon and Cornwall. Alongside this I am working towards my level 5 diploma and play darts to County level. My passions are driving quality, compliance and business growth by inspiring teams, efficient project management and collaborative working with funders.
